At Jam Packd Jams, we are committed to delivering high-quality, nutrient-packed jams that you’ll love. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help!


Damaged Goods or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

To qualify for a refund or replacement:

  1. Contact us at hello@jampackdjams.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and a clear photo of the damage or incorrect item.

Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll provide next steps to resolve the issue.


Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Important Notes

  • Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
  • Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.
  • If your package was lost or damaged in transit, we will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue promptly.
