We’re proudly a fruit spread, and here’s why that matters:

The term jam dates back to a time before refrigeration and before we fully understood the downsides of sugar overload. Traditional jams are required to contain at least 60% sugar by weight, leaving little to no room for nutrient-dense ingredients like chia seeds, prebiotic fiber, or collagen.

Jam Pack'd was designed to be different. We proudly contain the amount of real fruit required to be called jam. But with 0 added sugar, we’re even prouder to be well under the amount of sugar required to be called jam. With an impressive 8g of protein, 6–7g of prebiotic fiber, and real functional ingredients, it’s a new kind of spread entirely.

So while our LLC and website use the word jam for familiarity, our products carry the name Complete Superfood Fruit Spread.

Yes and no. Most jams and fruit spreads taste more like sugar syrup to us than real fruit. And that never sat right. So from day one, we’ve put real, organic berries front and center, without masking them in added sugar or syrups.

Here’s what you can expect from each flavor:

  • Raspberry: Tart, tangy, bold. Why drown the naturally vibrant taste of raspberries in syrups when you can let them shine?
  • Blueberry: Like a classic blueberry jam, but way tastier. Fruit-forward with a natural sweet/tangy balance. Great on toast, in a PB&J, or straight off the spoon.
  • Strawberry: Our sweetest most familiar flavor. Without the sugar overload. Perfect for kids, adults and anyone craving an upgraded PB&J.

Every Jam Pack'd flavor has its own signature feel. Thanks to real fruit, fiber, and collagen, it’s rich, thick, and incredibly spreadable.

Yes. While not required, we chose to make Jam Pack'd in an SQF-certified (Safe Quality Food) jam facility right here in the USA. We also work exclusively with trusted local ingredient suppliers to meet the highest standards for quality and safety. We want you to feel 100% confident in both the integrity of our product and the accuracy of our claims.

Nope. We’re committed to keeping it clean, natural and healthy. That means no added sugars, artificial sweeteners, corn syrups, or sugar alcohols like erythritol or xylitol. We sweeten it naturally with monk fruit balanced with just a trace (<0.05%) of stevia leaf extract for a smooth, delicious finish.

Yes! While there aren’t yet official FDA regulations around the term, Jam Packd is exactly the kind of food GLP-1 users are encouraged to eat. With 8g of protein, 7g of prebiotic fiber, and 0 added sugar per serving, it helps support satiety, steady energy, and balanced nutrition. By all measures, we hit the sweet spot for “GLP-1 friendly.”

Prebiotics are a type of fiber that acts as food for the good bacteria in your gut. And your gut loves them. Like, major crush.

At Jam Packd, we use chicory root fiber as our primary prebiotic source. It naturally contains inulin, one of the most researched and bioavailable prebiotic fibers on the planet. Inulin is clinically proven to fuel beneficial bacteria like Bifidobacteria and support overall digestive health.

To round out both functionality and texture, we blend in tiny amounts (less than 1%) of citrus fiber and tapioca fiber.

Prebiotics are shown to:

  • Support a balanced immune system by reducing inflammation
  • Improve digestive health and nutrient absorption
  • Help balance blood sugar and support weight management
  • Promote healthier skin

Emerging research even links prebiotics to lower cortisol levels and improved mental health. So yeah… we might have a crush on them too.

"Natural flavors" can refer to a variety of ingredients and processes. In our case, our natural flavors are sustainably derived from real fruits and plants for the most authentic, vibrant and consistent taste. We’re proud to keep it pure and simple. No artificial additives or chemicals.

Absolutely. Everything on our label reflects exactly what's inside. Our puree is made purely from locally grown organic berries, supplied by one of the most reputable organic fruit producers in the world. We can’t give away all our recipe secrets, but we will say this: unlike many fruit spreads, real fruit makes up a remarkably high percentage of our total formula. But that wasn't the question and now we're just bragging.

With no artificial preservatives or added sugar, Jam Packd stays fresh thanks to the natural sugars in the fruit and a touch of lemon juice. To enjoy its best flavor and texture, we recommend consuming it within 4 to 6 weeks after opening and keeping it refrigerated.

While the jam itself hasn't been officially certified, the two ingredients where it matters most — collagen and gelatin — are proudly certified kosher and halal.
